Do you accept walk-ins?

We do accept walk-ins, although appointments are preferred. Also please remove the reference to calling the fax number.

Yes, we offer telehealth visits for select services, including follow-ups, medication management, and certain minor acute concerns. Appointments can be scheduled by calling our office. Telehealth sessions are currently conducted through Zoom or Google Meet.

Starting care with us is simple. Call 410-768-6011 or Fax 410-768-0101 to schedule your first appointment or send an appointment request to admin@firstcarewellnesscenter.com. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete the new patient registration forms.

Please bring the following items to ensure a smooth check-in:

  • Photo ID
  • Insurance card (if applicable)
  • List of current medications, including dosage and frequency
  • Recent lab work or imaging results related to your visit
  • Any questions or concerns you would like to discuss

Yes, we treat individuals starting at age 10. If you have questions about scheduling for a child, please contact our office for guidance.

Medications such as Semaglutide are prescribed based on individual medical evaluation. If you are interested in weight management or diabetes-related treatment options, please schedule a consultation to determine if this medication is appropriate for you.

We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Cigna. Affordable self-pay rates are also available. Contact our office with your insurance details so we can verify coverage before your visit.

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notification will incur a $30 No-Show fee. Full details are available here.
